No my daughter was in FIT almost a year ago. It took her several weeks, over a month to get through. This was the one site I could go to and  keep up my spirits. It helped me keep my sanity and I just want to come back and see if I can help someone else! I am lucky to say I can now talk to my daughter almost every day, and want to get you through this until you get the same chance.

Hi. I thought since graduation that no one wanted to talk anymore. Did you get a call Sunday ?

Frances, Hope you are staying strong! The letters came slow while they are in basic and even slower while they are in FIT. I think they don't want to let us down, they should know a Mothers Love doesn't care, we only care that they are okay and can handle this. One thing to remember is yes they get 10 attempts but ever attempt doesn't count! If someone falls or goes down they stop the attempt and it does not count against them. They also do not run on holidays so Monday would not have been an attempt. I know I tried to keep track of how many attempts she was at but we don't know what we can't see. Keep the faith and we are all praying for all the SR's in FIT! Send a funny card to keep her spirits up, you could probably use a good laugh also. Make sure you are taking care of yourself while worrying about your SR.

Me as well but it is up to her really all I can do now is try to keep her encouraged One of the ladies made a good point about the prone float. She ask if any of us that knew how to swim would go to the pool and try that float that we would panic as well

Things are different in FIT, so your recruit may not write. Some do and some don't.

The reason that I asked because I didn't get a letter today

Recruits in FIT can write.
