Monty will be frolicking with the dolphins soon and there could even be a Tiger cruise before the year is out. I just want a family day so I can participate in "Take your Mom to work" day!

Boat sleep-overs finished; now let's see how the next phase goes. Son says he might be able to visit the last weekend inMay, just in time for his sister's birthday.

We are trying to plan a road trip to Norfolk, but it's hard to do when we don't know if the Monty will be underway for sea trials:((

Monty is preparing for sometime this month, but I haven't received the "we dived and we survived" message yet. However, my son has been very busy in his job on the boat.

Does anyone know if the Monty is underway for sea trials?

You are welcome,I'm so glad we live close enough to have been there,  I will forward a disc of all the photos to the COB so the guys can see them or get a copy of they want.

ProudMama - Thank you for the pictures!!  My son is also on the Monty and I know he is happy to be getting back to Norfolk.  After living on the sub for these past few months...he will definitely have a new appreciation for his "home" base and is looking forward to sleeping in his own bed!!
