Hey I'm a nursing professor mom and my son left for meps today and for RTC tomorrow.  So excited to be able to connect with other nurse moms.  My nursing specialties are maternal-infant/OB and community health nursing - and I'm also a certified lactation consultant.

Birdie, you will not be alone in your tears. Tears of joy!!! There will be other times you will cry, it is all good. Here in Cleveland it was a nice short ceremony. Boot camp graduation is awesome.

Hello, I am an RN/nurse manager in an out patient procedure clinic. My son leaves for boot camp tomorrow, 11/9/15! I'm very nervous but excited to see my boy embark on this adventure. We are watching him swear in but I'm so afraid I'll embarrass him with my tears!!
