My son will leave for boot camp on January 8 2017
I'm glad he was with us for the holidays. I'm very proud and excited for him but also a little worried. Hope his dream of service is everything he hoped it to be

Thanks for adding me, my son left for bootcamp this past Monday Dec. 5th, 2016.  He was in the delayed entry program and supposed to leave July 5th but was delayed until this week.  It was hard to say goodbye during the holidays but we are very proud of him.  Hoping inclement weather doesn't interfere with our being able to go to graduation in February!

My daughter is just considering joining the Navy she is a Senior this year and is about 90% sure Navy is the way to go.  I would like to know what to expect from the process leading up to signing.

May the Angels carry those Brave Warriors to Heaven in Sturdy Hands.

Our Blue Candle is burning in sorrow for those Navy Seals and others, killed in that fateful Chinook Helo.......very sad.
