Where is your son leaving from? My son leaves at the same time from Colorado. There's also a group for us who's son/daughter are leaving in December it's been so helpful for me.

My son will be leaving from NY and his cousin will also be leaving the same time from Texas. I did join the other group but I wanted to see who was leaving the 9th and 10th of Dec because they will graduate at the same time and we can stay inform.

Where is your son's cousin leaving from in Texas? My son went to hotel last night and is flying out today.  Oh almost forgot.  From the San Antonio area.

My son leaves for the hotel on Dec 9 and leaves for bc on the 10th. His recruiter did not know the airport he was leaving out of as of yet. We plan on meeting him at meps so we can see him get sworn in and then go to the airport.   We are from PA.

Yes, We are planning the same to meet our son at the MEPS and then go to the airport. My son should be leaving from JFK and I think the recruiter should know what airport they are leaving from.

Which MEPS location did Mike leave out of, my son Troy left from MEPS out of Baltimore MD even thou we are from PA. Boy that was a hard day, I thought I was ready but who am I kidding your never ready. I have not cry that much in a long time. I very proud of him  for the choice he made but I feel empty inside with him gone. Kind of lost, he has been my strong rock in my life. Maybe our boys will be on the same ship.

My son will be leaving Dec. 9th from Des Moines, Iowa.  We are going up on Sunday, Dec. 8th.

My daughter leaves Dec 9 for MEPS then head to boot camp Dec 10. She will leave out of San Antonio TX.

My son is at MEPS at Fort Sam as I type this.  He's waiting to depart for the airport.

My daughter is at the San Antonio airport right now waiting to leave. They are in the same group! How exciting is that!

My son left this afternoon and I just got the phone call he has arrived. He left from Oregon.
