Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 155 and 156

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi is there anyone on this site who is from NY and their SR is 23 and last name starts with Binc? I do not want to give last name. My son has made friends with this person and he has helped make it okay for my son being at boot camp. My SR is 18 and in a group with majority older men and he said it has made him feel more comfortable to ask questions. Just trying to make connection :)

Yay Navymom! My son is in that division and I still have not heard a word! I hope the saying no news is good news still goes...lol! It means a lot when they start making friends and can get through this part together! :)

That is awesome navymom...just knowing they've found someone to connect with during BC..I finally received my first call Saturday..It was good hearing his voice but he was very homesick...I know he'll be fine but it just broke my heart ya know...i hope i get another call...i've just thought of more things to ask him that I totally forgot on Saturday....

37 days and a wake up and I'll be headed to Chicago!!!!!  LOL

This is my first time posting on navyformoms. My son is in division 155. I have been waiting on his call. I was at Disneyland saturday and missed his call! I tried to call the number back, but it didn't accept incoming calls :( He did leave me a voice mail letting me know things are going good. I miss him. I did write him a letter sunday, that helps with missing him. Trusting God is what truly gets me through missing him. Can't wait for graduation day!!

My SR just called and I missed it. Did anyone else get a call? I am so worried now til I am sick. Is anyone on?

just made reservations at Navy Lodge, anyone else staying there?

Laurieroybal - hopefully, they will get another chance to call us soon! I'm in So Cal too - have you booked a flight yet? I'm not having much luck finding anything less than $850/2 :(

I booked at the Navy Lodge :)
