Hello all,

I recently moved to San Diego to be with my husband while he trains. I see him only on the weekends and I finding myself to be very lonesome during the weekdays. I haven't started working yet and I am sure that will help! But I'm wondering if any of you are here? How did you make friends? Was it hard for you as well at first? Thank you!

I moved here in April while my spouse has been deployed so it's been hard and I feel your pain! But I work part time so it helps but idk if you are in military housing but Facebook has lots of groups most housing community's do, I joined them and met some of the wife's through there

My husband and I moved to San Diego two weeks ago today! We do live together, but work definitely keeps his busy. I haven't met anyone but I haven't really tried either. With the recent move across country I've been busy still trying to get our lives in order. I have not started working yet, but hoping to find a job by the end of the week! I'd be interested in knowing how others met people :)

Hey, I'm in San Diego.  My hubby is deployed, so I have a lot of free time.  Send me a friend request!
