Hi Leesa,
My son arrived on Wednesday the 18th. Not sure if they would be together but perhaps they are.
Hi Judith. Nice to meet you. I am new to the whole military thing. Maybe they will be in the same division. What is your son's name? This is the beginning of my son's adult life. I'm not ready for him to be grown up, but I know he is ready. Can't wait to hear from him in 3 weeks.
Hi Leesa!! I'm new too to all this! It scary but exciting! My son's name is Adrian. He arrived on the 18th. I still see my son as my baby so this is really hard. I still can't believe he's gone. I keep thinking he's hiding in his room. But this is what he chose. I can't wait to hear from him too!! I hope our boys are okay!! What's your son's name Leesa?
Neither did my son only at the meetings that they had but he also plays soccer so he isn't in bad shape. I can't wait to hear from him. Just thinking that a week ago we were throwing him a farewell party. Hopefully the time goes by quickly. I miss my son. But I'm sure both boys are fine.

My son arrived March 17th as well.  How are you hanging in there?  Did you get the box yet?  My son's dad received the box not sure when.  Now we just wait for the letter come.  Can't wait so I can write him and send a phone card.  I didn't know I was suppose too

Matt (won't give last name for I am not sure it is allowed) I will if it's ok though LOL  I know me too.  Wrote my first letter today.  Really want to mail it.  Need to get some stamps and a phone card to sent him too.  Did you send a phone card?

I sent $20 prepaid phone card with him. That is what his recruiter said he could take. I figure I will send some stamps with a letter. Won't send many. Don't expect many letter. Better not get my hopes up that he will write often. I'm sure he will have other things to do on his off time (like nap, if permitted. Lol).
Hi lessa my son arrived the 17th also haven't recived box or letter. I'm anxious to write him

I worry my son won't write either.  He is terrible at communicating with me.  Like you said I hope they make him LOL.

Can we write their names on here? He will be going to Jacksonville for A school . I haven't received a box or form .i know he donated his clothes and didn't take a cell. So I should be expecting form. I'm hoping this week goes by fast . I get nervous with all that he has to do first like immunization a and dentist . And weather change he is a cali boy:) well leesa I hope they are ok and know each other :)

No, don't post your recruit's name (especially not the last name). See Community Guidelines and OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile).

There are no "A"Schools in Jacksonville. What rating does your recruit have a contract for?

Also, check your My Page.

I left info for you on your My Page since I know the rating.

Rate = pay grade; we seldom ask about rate.

Rating = job or occupational specialty
