Hope every what a wonderful Christmas.  It was so nice to have my grandson home so that he could spend his daughter's first Christmas with her.  Not sure when he will be home for another Christmas so this was very special.  Here she is in her Christmas dress

We had a great Christmas with our Sailor and most of our family. One uncle couldn't make it he is fighting lung cancer and was not feeling up to traveling. 3 nephews were missing due to illness (flu) and other engagements. We had an engagement to celebrate also ( nephew and his girlfriend of many years) and of course lots of pictures with our sailor in his dress blues.  We get to spend one more week with our sailor. I do have to thank all who stayed b ehind to keep watch so we can spend time with our boy. I hope everyone has a healthy, happy New Year.

It is very nice to have our Sailor home. He has been making the rounds to see friends and his recruiters. He is visiting the high school tomorrow. He helped with the cookie sale at the childrens Christmas program last night. He is so handsome in his uniform. This is one of the best Christmases ever.

Merry Christmas N4M'S

My Sailor is home!! My Son made it home safe and sound on Monday morning...CA Burrito was our first stop from the airport! Pulled up the house and his lil Brother and Sister were outside w Welcome Home and We Missed you signs. He slept well in his own bed last nite, and I must have walked in there 3 different times just to check on him...I'm goin to cherish these next couple weeks...I don't know when the next Christmas will be when he'll be home with his family...Happy Holidays to ALL on N4Ms

That is a great poem : ) Brought a tear to my eye.  My husband was a submariner. And now our son is following in his footsteps, currently in A School in Groton.  He will be home tomorrow for the Holidays.  Merry Christmas everyone!!!
