Paymaster,
congrats on your new grandson! I have 5 granddaughters and two of them are visiting me this weekend. What a blast they are!

I'll be praying for all of you with your sew-in. What a blast. I can't make it as we will taking Owen (10 yr old gr'son) to visit our sailor son. It is his fall break, and Adam is helping us to make this happen. He loved going last year, and asked to go again. I will be working 'remotly' via a lap top. I'm hoping to have the bulletins, and other stuff done before we depart. We will leave on the 18th - so I'm sure the 16th will be full of last minute stuff.
I know that you will all have a blast. I'll look for those pictures. ~S~

Katherine.....Thank you for your offer.
Your finished pillowcase will be 21‐1/2 x 28‐1/2” this is “ideal.”
They have asked that it be made of 100% cotton and pre washed. Please remember there are more guys than girls on ship.

Sorry you can't make it up to sew with us, but you will be with us in spirit!

Once you get them done, send me a PM and I will give you my address.

Computer tip for those with poor eyesight.
Did you all know that you can "increase" or "decrease" the size of everything on your screen, by holding down the "Ctrl" key with one finger and turning the little dial on top of your mouse? Try it. I just found out about this little trick and thought I had invented sliced bread.

J...Your more than welcome for the invite. We will try and get you to come next time. What are you doing on the 16th of Oct. Alaina has a group activity going. We will be making pillowcase for her son's ship. You don't have to sew to help.
