Looking for information on what to look forward to with a drb (disciplinary review board). Chris overslept and now has to go in front of them, but doesn't know when. Would love some help here....hate the waiting game with no answers!!!

for a DRB they go before the chiefs. My son said if this happens you want to be honest. He said that if someone oversleeps it has to have happened more then once. He said you get counseling chips after each time and then after so many times you go to DRB. They will chew him out and then give him EMI (extra military incentive) or training. Such as showing up at a certain time in front of the master chief. He said it is kind of last chance. If not then they go to Mast which means you go infront of the commander and lose rank and pay. Hope this helps..

I was wondering how long it takes to get in front of them. See, he is in between posts, he finished his schooling last week and now he is in holding. He was supposed to come home for two weeks before going to Virginia, and now we are just doing a waiting game. You were helpful and I will talk to him to see if he can tell me more, but so far he just tells me that he doesn't know anything.
