DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

we are still waiting to find out when our sailor has leave   we are stuck in limbo  trying to be patient. I finally had to make a decision to take off 20 days from one of my jobs because the schedule for that month needs to be done this week. my sailor ok no matter what   we plan to stay at least 10 days visiting. we'll see how lucky we get. would be great to do the tc and visit

My daughter had already told us she's going on second leave. She knows we are too far away to see her ship come home. We wish we lived closer. But communication will be much cheaper! And we are throwing a huge party for her, renting out a gazebo and all of her family and friends will be there. Because it's about her.
Sorry Sissi for your drama but I agree with Cheryl. Why would anyone need an invite anyway? You are family you don't need one. You pick up the phone and say you'll be there. You don't doodle around your phone waiting for it to ring so you can be asked.

JUST A NOTE TO SAY HELLO TO ALL OF THE NAVY MOMS & TO LET YOU KNOW I'M SO EXCIED ABOUT OUR SAILORS COMING HOME.  THE SAD PART FOR ME IS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE HOMECOMING BUT YOU ALL WILL BE IN MY PRAYES.

PLEASE MOMS DONT'T LET THE DEVIL TAKE AWAY ANY JOY ON THIS BLESS & SPECIAL DAY.  IT IS A BLESSING THAT THE SAILLORS ARE RETURNING HOME.  FAMILY NEED TO SET ASIDE ANY PROBLEMS & COME TOGETHER FOR THIS BLESS & SPECIAL DAY.

MOMS GIVE FAMILY MEMBERS THE INFO THEY NEED TO ATTEND (IT'S OK TO TELL ONE & THEY PASS IT ON TO THE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS) THIS DAY IS NOT ABOUT THEM IF THEY CAN'T GET ALONG WITH YOU OR WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS FOR THIS ONE SPECIAL DAY.  THEY NEED TO STAY AT HOME.  THIS IS A FAMILY "DRAMA FREE DAY".

PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM BECAUSE YOUR FAMILY CAN BE YOUR WORST ENEMIES & READ PSALM 27 WHEN IN THE NEED.

I know you all know this, but it's super important to observe OPSEC now and NOT mention specific dates, it's been known to delay homecoming and NO one wants that!!!
