Well there is some talk of someone opening a business in Westfield mid April and offering to host the next get together. More details to follow as it comes together.

I will only be back home in Carmel for a couple of days in June to see my new great niece.  She's a beaut, and will be visiting from LA.

I would love to go to a meet & greet!  I am in Muncie but have a 90 year old mother living in Carmel so I get that direction quite often.  Will look for the next gathering!

Cathy and all, we never got to Avon when Kaye so graciously worked to get an Indy group together. Monday night didn't work for us. We're in Anderson. If you do meet on the north side of Indy, we'll hope to get there. Just give a few days notice of the date! My son began 10th year.

Laura, I bet he is!! Hope you can visit there. We went last June, stayed in a wonderful condo in perdido key. It was only 15 min from base and an easy drive. Great memories!!

Hello Indiana families. Greenwood here. Son is 9mo in MA rate at first command at nav airstation gtmo. We had meet and greet yesterday primarily reaching out and connecting with central Indiana families, but anyone is welcome.  We then went over and toured the uso lounge at the airport and discussed with the center director how we could serve their facility.  Right now the #1 need is1lb bags of coffee.   This was just the beginning of what we hope to be many get together s in the future.  Planning to hold the next one up on the north side. Just had lunch shared stories a few tears and the pride of being Navy parents.   Especially want to connect with the new parents. We are the newest in this group being only 9 mo in wish we would have had this at the beginning as we started this journey.  Please feel free to contact me.  Thanks to all our Indiana sailors.  I am active on the Indiana Navy parents Facebook page as well.
