Happy Easter Janet!!!
And Happy Easter to all our Moms and Sailors!!!
Hope everyone has a peaceful, blessed day!!!
Catsmom,
Hope you are enjoying your girl and celebrating non stop!!!
Happy Easter ! I hope you get phone calls today.
8isenuff,
Tell your girl to ice her shins throughout the weekend and rest them as much as possible. Then tell her to be sure to stretch her leg muscles and do some warm up before her run. And the advice to take Advil or IB before hand is also a good idea. Hopefully, she will have no problems doing her run and then won't have to worry about if again for awhile. I hope and pray she does well. I know how we worry about them when they are facing these kind of challenges!!!!
blm,
Glad to hear preparations are going well. Sorry to hear your son got hurt. Hope getting to spend some time at home helps ease his pain.
Catsmom,
Tell SIL it's good to be there early. The first homecoming we went to for Chris, we got stuck in base traffic and were late. We missed watching the ship coming in!!! So happy you still have that smile!!!! By now I know you're hugging that girl tight!!!!
Blondie-hope you had a great visit
Catsmmom-how exciting!!
Jean-glad family is together
8isnuff-hope she is able to make it through run-tell her to take some advil before the run and warm up and hydrate. Ice it good after.
Anna-Kuddos to Catherine
Sorry I have not been posting much, but I read daily and care about all of you
My son is in for Easter-he was recently blind sited by a breakup with his GF and I have been waiting for a hugs. He will be here till Monday. We all going for taste testing for wedding on Monday-we got choice from Daughter and finance on what to try-they are trusting our opinions. Picked out some invitations for her to pick from and that went well-she and finance have been very easy to please so far LOL
Her schooling in SD has been cancelled so not sure when she will be stateside again.
Happy and Blessed Easter everyone.
Anna,
So proud of Catherine!
8isenuff,
Sending prayers for our girl as the others have said...they are tough! I know they HATE going to medical, but maybe another trip there just to be safe? When she makes it through this, and I know she will...she will have even more confidence in herself--nothing she won't be able to do!
Catsmom,
Should be seeing the ship about now!! Woot Woot!!! When you come down from cloud nine...fill us in :-)
Good Morning to Everyone.
Happy Good Friday to all.
Hope everyone has a fantastic Easter.
