Is she still in Norfolk for awhile or does she go to where she lived with the jerk hubby?  Or does she have to deal with all this nonsense long distance!!!  I'll keep her in my prayers for strength, comfort, and peace!!!

But congratulations to her for SOQ!!!!  Good job!!!!

8isenough, congrats to your girl passing!

Blondie hope you get that call today! ((((HUGS)))))

Had to tell my girl goodbye this morning. Neither of us wanted to stop hugging. My heart is breaking. Told her if you need me, I am on the next flight out. So hard for her, but she is strong. She will be stronger after this. She did get some good news yesterday afternoon, her command she got Blue jacket of the quater again.

8isenuff,

CONGRATULATIONS to your daughter passing her comps!!!!  whoo hoo!!!  How are her shin splints doing?  Have they had a chance to heal??  And yes, it's so nice to have this website and a chance to talk to other women who know how we feel and can share.  Thank God we don't have to go through this alone!!!

Blondie,

I understand how you feel my Navy Sister!!!  It's hard enough to have communications with them sometimes, but then to add on the challenge of different schedules or time zone differences!!!  ughhhh!!!!!

Jean,

How unfair!!!  It should be the other way around - - work goes quick and we get more time to enjoy life outside of work!!!

Yes spyder, bring on the weekend!!!!

Today I am thankful for my wonderful hubby as we celebrate our 38th anniversary.  He's even leaving work early today so we can go to the Melting Pot which is about a half hour drive away!!!  What a guy!!!!
