Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 181 and 182

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Has anyone made a center piece for Division 181?

At the meet and greet some people were talking about having center pieces on the tables so you know which division is sitting there.

Happy Monday!  Only a few days left. :)

Hey,  Hope your Mother's Day was wonderful.  We had all the kids, one pregnant DIL and one SIL and one MIL!!!  What fun around the table.  Our daughter graduated from college this past Saturday and we had a post grad. dinner with the families of her roommates at their apartment.  Now, in two days, we will fly to Chicago.  It will be another fantastic graduation with a bit more class and style and a good bit more "white"!!!  We are having thunder storms right now.  I keep watching the weather for Chicago...it is supposed to rain on Friday.  That will not dampen our spirits though.  WE are very excited.  Praying for those last events.  Hope to meet you after graduation or at the airport as the SR's head out to A school.   See you soon.

I read that calls don't come until the afternoon following the event. Supposed to start about 2:00 central time.

Checked the weather and again they call for rain on Friday Am.

On Thursday afternoon we are going to Navy Pier and take an Architectural tour by boat.  That should be nice.

See you all on Friday PIR!

Waiting patiently.....hopefully for an "I'm A Sailor" phone call this afternoon!

Weather in Great Lakes is looking better for Friday, May 15th!  Also, found our son's cell phone....thank you for those who were praying.   Getting as "kiddy as a little kid" hoping for that phone call this afternoon but figuring it will be tomorrow!  At least I hope so!

Kam Mom, I will be wearing Navy blue pants, white tennis shoes, and a red top.  I will have a ribbon with our last name (begins with D) and the Division 181 on it.  I have brown hair.  So excited!

I will have white tennis shoes on Navy Blue pants or Capris and a red shirt.  I have brown hair and will have my husband (tall), daughter who is 20 and mother in law who is 80.  Eeeeks!!  We are almost there just need that phone call!  Safe travels.

JUST GOT OUR PHONE CALL!!   I AM THE MOM OF A SAILOR!   Just so excited and have chills from talking to him and hearing all about Battlestations!  Congratulations to all of our Sailors!

Congratulations to 181 and 182!!!!  Glad these guys and gals get to go to sleep at 8:00 tonight.   Sweet sleep!  I guess tomorrow you will be engaged in PIR rehearsal.  Can't wait to see the real thing!!!!

Our Sailor called just after 3:00 and talked with his GF for an hour!!!!
