Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 317 and 318

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Thank you for opening up this group .  My SR is in Division 318

Hi Navy Families of PIR 10/10/14

Some of you may have seen a conversation between other moms, in a different PIR date, on Navy For Moms regarding a gift basket auction at Sarge's Meet and Greet. I thought this would be fun for us to do as well, if we can get enough families to participate. I believe the idea was to make a basket specific to our state or locale. The proceeds will go to Sarge and his wife for hosting all of us. This would just be on top of our donations for the Meet and Greet in appreciation to them. I think if we could have at least 10 families say yes to participating, this would be enough to "go" with. We will need to set a monetary limit to spend on making the baskets, so I will wait to hear your response:) I am signing up to make 2 basket right now:) Anyone who cannot or does not wish to make a basket, can feel free to bid on the baskets;)  A suggested minimum for the Basket is $20.  If anyone wants to do more that would be awesome.

Thanks for any involvement!

ps. Mine will be "Imported from Milford, PA & Washingtonville, NY & a Teen basket also"

Where is the info about the meet and greet?

Link please? I am a little lost.

Thanks for opening this up. My SR Is in Division 317
Mine is also in 317.
Well the mailman just came and still no letter!

Hi my SR is in 318. Hope to get to know you and meet you at graduation! To explain my username, and avoid confusion, 312 is the local area code and a slang name for Chicago.

If any out of state navy families need a place to stay for 318's grad weekend, please send me a message. The hotels are very expensive here. Either way, I could use a wingman because I am attending the graduation ceremony solo :( and I need some Navy people to buddy up with.

Mail should be here today or tomorrow!  Mail got held up and did not get sent out until last Thursday.

Finally received 2 letters today!!!
