Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 005 and 006

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My daughters 4th grade class will be sending letters to Div 006. Sorry Div. 05 I am trying but... I its going to hard to 80 letters and for both Div it would be at least 160 or more.

please ask your SR for a name of anyone who may not be getting letters. If you would like your SR to receive a letter with their name on it then  send a message to my in box.

littleman14

Just went and got the mail.... 4 letters!!  I am so so excited.  Div. 005

My daughter is ship 03 div 006, i'm not sure who else may have loved ones in that ship/division. I'm trying to learn a little more about the Sarges Meet and Greet on Thursday. Is anyone else going? Also, I saw something about bringing an item for a basket for a raffle, i'm going to have to try to find the post, i'm not sure where we donate items to and when/who we meet for that.

Ship 03 Div 006 called/calling - My daughter got to call for 5 minutes today around 4 pm cst. She was promoted to Section Leader so proud of her. she said it was the last call that they get to make until they get through the rest of training/last week of graduation. Thoughts and prayers to all recruits and their loved ones, as we all go through the next few weeks.

ChelseysMom, congratulations awesome opportunity for your daughter. It's hard to believe they are almost halfway through. Little bummed I did not hear from  my SR today as he mentioned in a letter they may be calling Tuesday (today), but  thankful I talked with him on Saturday. Thanks for sharing. Keeping all recruits and loved ones in my prayers.

my SR must hate writing!! I have gotten one 4 line note. I have talked to him 3 times and we have been able to catch up. He did tell me, with out me asking, " mom I do not have a lot of time to write, but. I will..... Whenever someone knows please PM me and let me know BTS 21. Thanks

Littleman14 what is BTS 21? My SR told me when he called on Tuesday that he missed mail call because he was ironing (that sounded so funny coming from him!!) so not to expect letters this week :(. He said that are very busy with being in the push group they have less time to complete all their training.

And I would like to go to Sarge's Meet and Greet, have any of you received anything else on how to sign up or about the basket? I would love to do a basket to help out, but unsure of what they are actually looking for or what to put in them. Anyone have any ideas?

BTS 21 is battle station 21. This my understanding.. it is about a 12 hour mock battle of different seniors that could happen. we are not allowed to post publicly the date. Ask Cody. Christian did not know at the time I asked him also he said he had no idea where it even was. I think it is base..  let me know in an email if you find out.. As for the gift basket. I was thinking about Alabama MUD OR CLAY. if I CAN FIND IT.

Cody' Mom, for info and RSVP to Sarge's Meet and Greet go back to the PIR 11/14/14 page then scroll down and on the left side below the calendar you should see  PIR 11/14/14 Sarge's meet and greet.

If anyone is made aware of 03/006 Battle Station date please PM me too. When I asked my SR he told me he could not say as they were told not to give out the date for BS, so not sure if our division SR's will be providing that info before hand. Hope everyone is doing well and hanging in there. We are now less than a month away Hooyah!!!

Littleman14 and TJ thank you for the info. Cody has not said anything about Battle Station 21, but I will ask him about it in my next letter. I would love it if any of you hear anything if you could PM me too!! Also I had not seen the link to Sarge's Meet and Greet so thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction, it was very helpful.

Are we doing up separate baskets from each family or does our division do up a basket together?

LAST CALL any one wanting their SR to receive a letter from a 4th grade class PM me or send a msg.

I need the name and  SHIP 03 DIV.06 OR 05
